Why peel with your palm?

The fix: This peeler rests on two fingers, with the blade under your palm. You hold the vegetable in one hand and glide your palm along the skin — a light, flat motion instead of a tight grip.
How it works
Slide your index and middle fingers through the two soft loops and the peeler sits flat in your palm, blade facing out. Hold the vegetable in your other hand and draw your palm along the skin in short strokes.
The body is compact plastic with a 304 stainless steel blade and soft TPR rubber loops. It comes in green or orange, so it's easy to find in a busy drawer.
